     Sales tax applies if your billing address is in the state of Colorado.

                                                  DELIVERY TIME

     Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Allow up to 3 weeks for international orders, as well as for mail-in orders. Please send us an email message or use the special instructions box in the shopping cart if you require expedited delivery. We will work with you. However, there may be an additional charge for this service.

                                                 RETURN POLICY

     Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Fluorescent Works. We will exchange or issue a full refund on merchandise mailed back to us or returned within 30 days of delivery.   We sell quality, brand name T- shirts and sweatshirts to help insure that our customers will have long-wearing apparel. However, please understand that we are not responsible for wear and tear.

                                       INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

                  (Shipping outside of the contiguous United States)

     For orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada and Mexico, an additional charge of $1.50 per item will be added to your bill. Otherwise, for international shipping, an additional charge of $3.00 per item will be added. These per-item charges decrease proportionately, along with the domestic shipping rates, above, as more items are ordered. This is because they are calculated as fixed multiples (1.5 and 2.0) of these domestic shipping rates. As one of our international customers, you also get to enjoy the same benefit of seeing your per-item shipping rate go down when your order goes up.
