Artist's Bio: Skaadi was born in the Bay area of California in 1984. At age
two, his family moved to Iowa, where he went to school and became interested in
art. In and out of college after high school, Skaadi moved to Daytona Beach
after a few years. There he focused on studio art and received Judges
Choice awards in the annual Studio RATS exhibition at Dayton State College, as
well as awards in illustration through the FCAA. After building his portfolio,
he high-tailed it to the mountains of Colorado. Now attending the
Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, Skaadi is working toward a BFA (Bachelor
of Fine Arts degree) in illustration. On the weekends, he is a performance
painter for local bands and nationally touring acts, such as Particle and
Euforquestra. |
Skaadi's fluorescent paintings are created on a smooth, hard, masonite board which
serves as the canvas. Although his paintings do not come framed, they can
easily be hung using mirror clips. All painting sales are backed by our
30-day return policy. DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Ground / Surface shipping per painting, within the contiguous United States, is as folllows: $20.00 for paintings size 24" x 36" / $25.00 for paintings size 24" x 48" / $30.00 for paintings size 36" x 48" Most of the shipping charge is built into the cost of each painting. Our online shopping cart will only add $3.30. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING by air freight or air mail: For paintings being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada and Mexico, the shipping charge is the domestic shipping rate multiplied by 1.5. For all other international destinations, the shipping charge is the domestic shipping rate multiplied by 2. Our online shopping cart will only add $4.95 (x 1.5) or $6.60 (x 2). PayPal users will be notified of the remaining shipping charge by email and will need to return to their PayPal accounts to send us the additional funds.
